What Reviewers Mention
Most reviewers rave about the hospitality – a welcoming owner, personalized name screens, complimentary drinks and perks – along with popular teeth whitening sessions and customized facials that leave skin glowing. Staff are frequently described as friendly and knowledgeable. That said, a few reviewers report rushed or inconsistent treatments, membership and communication mix-ups, and slow follow-up when something goes wrong, which shows up in a real one- and two-star tail.
